Player Registration Details:

Please follow these guidelines for registering players. If any part is omitted, the registration will be rejected. All registrations are to be sent to Kobir Chowdhury only.

• Registration form for each player must be completed in full and signed

• Registration form must be accompanied by proof of ID and age in the form of either a copy of the Passport or Medical Card.

• Registration form must be accompanied by a photo of the player.

  • Photos should be in digital form and can be emailed. If sending paper versions, you MUST write the name of the player and club on the back.

  • Digital photos MUST be renamed with the players name and DOB. e.g. "FirstName Surname (DD-MM-YYYY).jpg".

  • Do NOT attach photos to Word documents if sending them via email.

  • Do NOT send digital cut outs from blown up squad pictures. Photos should be individual mug shots of each player at least 600x800 pixels.

• Full registration details must be received by Wednesday 7:00pm for the player to be eligible to play on the following Saturday.

Results & Match Cards:

Match cards must be completed in full and returned to Kobir Chowdhury by Wednesday 7:00pm.
